ONCOR SOLUTIONS, LLC PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from our website--including the Passport website--our mobile application, and other Oncor Solutions, LLC web and digital properties (collectively, the "Properties").

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Properties, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you use the Properties, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what website or search terms referred you to the Properties, and information about how you interact with the Properties. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

• “Log files” track actions occurring on the Properties, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Any information we collect from you may be used in the following ways:
To provide the Services;
To improve the Services (for example, to personalize your experience to make it smoother and more relevant to you), and to improve the content and design of the Properties;
To connect Users with third parties and other companies that receive or help us meet service requests;
To prevent fraud and abuse, to address technical and security issues, to comply with applicable laws and legal process, and to otherwise protect Users; and

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Properties. In addition, the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, we collect technical information such as your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM ADVERTISING

From time to time, we may place ads on third party websites (such as Facebook). When you view or otherwise interact with our ads, we and our partners may use various technologies (such as cookies) to collect and store information about you including cookie data & anonymized IDs for attribution & advertising purposes. We use these technologies to help us understand more about our customers and the effectiveness of our advertisements.

DO NOT TRACK

Please note that we do not alter our Properties’ data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

YOUR RIGHTS

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION

When you visit the Properties, we will maintain your information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

MINORS

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act imposes certain requirements on websites directed toward children under 13 years old that collect information on those children. Oncor Properties are not directed toward children under 13 years old, and children under 13 are expressly prohibited from using the Properties without parental or guardian consent and supervision.

No information should be submitted to or posted on the Properties by any Minor (a user younger than 13 years old).  We do not knowingly provide any personally identifying information about Minors, regardless of its source, to third parties, nor is this information knowingly used by us for any marketing or promotional purposes.

By submitting information on the Properties, you are certifying that you are at least 13 years old.

CONSENT

We may share your personally identifiable information when you consent or direct us to do so. The method of consent will be appropriate for the type of personal information involved and the purposes for which it is collected, used or disclosed. Depending on the circumstances, consent may be express (i.e., you specifically agree either verbally, in writing or electronically) or implied.

COMPANIES PROVIDING SERVICES TO ONCOR

We may contract with other companies who provide business services to Oncor. For example, we may use third-party service providers to host the Properties, provide call center or other customer service, create reports, send out information, and analyze data. Some of these companies may collect and store information for us as part of their services, or we may provide them with the elements of your personally identifiable information that they need to deliver their services.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
